Notiminder Privacy Policy

Notiminder is designed so that your data belongs to you. We do not collect, sell, or share any personal information, and we operate no servers of our own.
Your notes and reminders. Everything you create in Notiminder — notes, reminders, tags, attachments, and locations — is stored on your device and, if you're signed in to iCloud, synced through your private iCloud database using Apple's CloudKit. This data is tied to your Apple Account, protected by Apple's iCloud security, and is not accessible to the developer. Deleting the app's data or disabling iCloud sync is entirely under your control in Settings.
Location. If you create a "remind me when I get here" reminder, the geographic region you choose is monitored by iOS itself, on your device. Your location is never transmitted to the developer, and the app does not track, record, or store your movements. If you accept a suggested address, that address is looked up using Apple Maps services under Apple's privacy terms, the same as using the Maps app.
Photos and files. Attachments are added only through system pickers that you control. They are stored with your other data — on device and in your private iCloud.
On-device intelligence. Suggestions (dates, places, tags, repeat schedules, and text found in photos) are generated entirely on your device using Apple's built-in frameworks. Nothing you type or attach is sent to the developer or to any third-party service.
Notifications. Reminders are scheduled locally on each device. Notification content never passes through developer servers.
Analytics and tracking. Notiminder contains no analytics, no advertising, no trackers, and no third-party SDKs.
Changes. If this policy ever changes, the updated version will be posted at this page with a new effective date.
